Lancy has been head of research for the widely acclaimed television program Satyamev Jayate which was produced and hosted by Aamir Khan. He is presently working on the second season of the program. He has been a keen student of social and political issues and has co-authored with Satyajit Bhatkal, “The Fractured Civilization – caste society in the throes of change.” He has also actively worked with a number of social organizations on issues faced by slumdwellers, workers, and youth.
