Sara fell into journalism by accident and started her career at the top of the ladder as editor of Of Age, a youth magazine in Kolkata. Since then her climb down has taken her to Times of India as assistant editor, and finally The Sun, UK, as sub-editor. Now back in Kolkata after 20 years, she has turned her life around and, by design, founded Small Change. She hopes this will turn other people’s lives around too.
