Design-thinking is an innovation methodology powered by a thorough understanding, through direct observation, of what people want and need in their lives, and what they like and dislike. Design-thinking endeavors to solve problems and create new possibilities. Key characteristics of design-thinkers are empathy, integrative thinking, optimism, experimentalism and collaboration.During this workshop, you will learn to apply a number of design-thinking and creative leadership tools from THNK’s Creation Flow: a creative process and iteration through four stages: Sensing, Visioning, Prototyping and Scaling.
