Kallol Ghosh is addressing the needs of abandoned HIV/AIDS postive street children by creating an inclusive eco-system which integrates them into mainstream society. Through OFFER, Kallol provides basic housing, education and healthcare  for these children, while changing the way the government and educational institutes respond to the epidemic and its effect on children.
